1. Services
Project. Huna’s Branding Lab will provide the agreed service.
The final scope of work will be added before this agreement is signed.
2. Timeline
Delivery timeline will be confirmed after project kickoff.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Revisions and changes
This agreement includes two rounds of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate.
5. Additional terms
Client is responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, approvals, and any assets needed to complete the work. Huna's Branding Lab retains ownership of working files until the agreed balance is paid in full.
6. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties agree to the scope, timeline, payment terms, and conditions in this agreement.
